Shipping policy

We ship all orders via USPS, UPS, DHL and Fedex to worldwide countries. The carrier is dependent on the location of the shipping address and the type of shipping chosen at checkout. Ground orders generally ship with USPS, however this is not always the case, especially if the order is being shipped to a location outside of California within the U.S or if the order is an international order.
All domestic orders will be shipped free with ground. All international orders over $250 will be shipped free with ground.
Orders are typically processed within 1 – 2 business days and you will be notified tracking information via email. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or AE addresses.
In order to improve our delivery speed, we have two distribution centers around the globe, one is located in Southern California where all North America and South America orders are shipped from. Another is located at Hong Kong where all Asia and Europe orders are shipped from.
Important to know for international orders:
Any customs taxes or import duties will be billed directly to customers once the parcel reaches its destination country. The shipping timeframe is 7-10 business days from the shipment date.
For U.S orders:
Standard ground shipments can take as little as 3-4 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to the East Coast. However, you do have the options to select faster delivery methods while checking out.
For 2-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date.
For 3-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 3-4 business days from the shipment date.
If the order is placed after 5 pm EST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.
Please be noted that we don't ship on holidays or weekends.
We know that shipping times are important to our customers, so we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our items make it to your front door.
DOMESTIC RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our product doesn’t fit, or didn't work, or you are not satisfied, you may email us at sales@voiceofinsiders.co with your order number for a pre-paid shipping label to return for a full refund. Yes, always free returns. Please read our Return Policy below:
- Returns on eligible items must be made within 15 days from the delivery date. We feel this should be enough time for you to experience your gear and discover whether you love it or not. Anything returned in this time frame will be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. If 15 days have gone by since the date of receipt, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
- All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and hangtags attached.
- The proof of payment must accompany the return.
- All items are subject to inspection.
- Voice Of Insiders reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected you will be notified via email.
- Outgoing shipping charges are not refundable.
- Please note: Only items purchased through voiceofinsiders.co may be returned to our online warehouse. Items purchased through any department store, specialty store or online partner must be returned to the place of purchase.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

EXCHANGES
Purchased items are only exchangeable into a different size or different color within 15 days from the delivery date. You may email us at sales@voiceofinsiders.co with your order number and the size/color you would like to exchange. If the size/color is available, we'll email you back a pre-paid shipping label.
Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for a different style. Should you be interested in a different style, please return your item(s) to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at voiceofinsiders.co.
